一、基本信息介绍

在现代化自动生产线中，机器视觉已被大量应用于大批量生产过程中的识别、测量及检查等，随着技术的提升，在生产线的应用亦逐渐加深。与此同时，由于个性化生产时代的产品换型越来越灵活、生产工艺流程的调整优化越来越频繁，工业界对开放式自动化的呼吁和诉求日益强烈。在太仓科学技术协会的大力支持下，特开展“我是工程师系列讲座之新技术的产业应用”沙龙活动，让你了解深度学习缺陷检测发展趋势及其产业应用实践，共同探索开放自动化在实现互联网技术（IT）与运营技术（OT）深度融合中的作用。

Industrial Application of New Technology Workshop will be on organized on Dec. 18th 2021 with the strong support from Taicang Association for Science and Technology. 基于深度学习的外观缺陷检测

Appearance defects detection based on deep learning

梳理人工质检以及传统机器视觉检测存在的不足，阐述深度学习缺陷检测的系统构成、原理及应用优势，分析深度学习缺陷检测发展趋势和企业导入深度学习缺陷检测的经验，为企业降本提质增效提供一些思路。

Thanks to the progress of the new generation of information technology, the disadvantages of the existing closed automation platform are prominent and can not meet the needs of users. Open automation is a system based on IEC61499 standard, which will create unlimited opportunities for the development and upgrading of the whole industry, and also establish an interconnection bridge between IT and OT.
