一、参赛事项

★ 作品主题：组委会建议主题为“我和我的祖国”或自由创作，要求内容健康向上，作品风格不限。
★ 征稿对象：面向亚洲地区幼儿园、小学、中学、少年活动中心、青少年宫、文化馆及社会兴办的书画培训机构的学员。分为幼儿组（6岁以下）、少儿组（7-12岁）、少年组（13-17岁）、青年组（18-29周岁）。
★ 参赛类别：1.书法：软笔书法。2.硬笔书法：钢笔、圆珠笔、铅笔等均可。3.篆刻。4.美术：国画、油画、水粉画、水彩、版画、素描、儿童画、彩笔、蜡笔、漫画、电脑绘画、剪纸、布贴、陶艺、泥塑、沙画、摄影类。（一人可投稿多幅作品，同类作品只能提交一幅）
★ 作品要求：作品尺寸不限，电子投稿要求参赛图片清晰，光线明亮，画面完整。

二、征稿须知

★ 参评费用：参赛评审费人民币100元/幅，海外及港澳台地区20美元/幅。（已含证书、奖牌、邮费。

三、评选与奖项

1.参赛作品由组委会联合组委会专家库，国际专家评审团和全国少儿美术教育专家进行评选，亚洲文化艺术云平台将陆续推出评委及专家介绍，评选公平公正，获奖可作为出国个人履历，官方认可。

个人奖项：特等奖、金奖、银奖、铜奖、佳作奖

奖项说明：

作品奖

设特等奖、金奖、银奖、铜奖、佳作奖，各奖项按参赛作品实际水平评定，凡获奖者颁发获奖证书，铜奖以上颁发奖牌。优秀作品将在亚洲文化艺术云网络美术馆展览，所有获奖选手将受邀参加由亚洲青少年文化交流协会主办的年度盛典并有机会获得亚洲青少年国际艺术奖奖项，该奖项是亚洲最高级别的青少年艺术奖项，由亚青协官方认证，获得该奖项可申请加入亚青协青少年艺术家委员会。

2、参赛优秀作品入选亚洲文化艺术云网络美术馆，及择优在全亚艺术类核心期刊、媒体、网络推荐发表。

声明：参赛作品由大赛组委会保存，不予退还，主办方有权处理。作者享有作品的署名权。所有权归组委会所有，大赛组委会有权使用作品进行图书出版、媒体报导、网络发表及美术展览。投稿则视为认可本声明！

I. entry matters

Draft object: for the Asian region kindergartens, primary schools, middle schools, youth activities center, youth palace, cultural centers and social calligraphy and painting training institutions. Requirements: works size is not limited, electronic submission requirements for clear pictures, bright light, complete picture.

Two, contribution notes

Evaluation fee: RMB 100 / piece, overseas and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan $20 / piece. (certificates, MEDALS and postage are included.)

1. The file name of the collective electronic submission shall be marked with "serial number and author name", which is consistent with the registration form.

Iii. Selection and awards

1. The entries will be Evaluated by the organizing committee in conjunction with the expert database of the organizing committee, the international expert jury and the national children's art education experts. The Asian culture and art cloud platform will introduce the judges and experts one after another.

Disclaimer: the entries will be kept by the organizing committee and will not be returned. The organizer has the right to dispose of the entries. The author has the right of authorship in his work. All rights belong to the organizing committee. The organizing committee has the right to use the works for book publishing, media report, Internet publication and art exhibition. Five, time for soliciting contributions

Phase one: March 1-june 1, 2019

Phase two: June 1 - September 1, 2019

Stage 3: September 1 - December 1, 2019

The competition has been launched on March 1, 2019. After receiving the draft, the required materials will be submitted according to the process and reviewed by experts according to the stage. The results will be announced and certificates will be issued about 30 days after the draft is confirmed.
